Pay per project, not per agent

Your whole team can help out. Your bill stays the same.

Almost every helpdesk charges per agent. That model works against small teams, where support is not a department but something everybody does a little: the developer who knows the billing code, the founder who likes to answer personally, the designer who can explain the new editor best.

With per-agent pricing, each of them costs extra, so teams start sharing logins or, worse, keep the people with the answers away from the customers.

OctoDesk has no seats

OctoDesk does not know what an agent is. Whoever has access to your GitHub repository can read, discuss, and answer support requests. Add your whole team, bring in a contractor for a month, let the new hire listen in. None of it changes what you pay.

A project is one repository

Pricing is based on projects. A project connects one GitHub repository with its channels: your support email address, your forms, and your widget. If you run several products, or look after several clients, each one can be a project of its own with its own repository, its own forms, and its own bill.

Pricing during early access

OctoDesk is currently in early access, and plans will be published before the public launch. One thing is settled: you will never pay per person. If you would like to try OctoDesk now, get in touch and we will set you up.

Leave anytime

Your support history is stored in your own repository as plain GitHub issues. If you ever leave, there is nothing to export.

One inbox to rule them all

Support requests, bug reports, and feature ideas live side by side in GitHub issues. No second system to check, sync, or pay for.
